Key Message to Share with Legislators
To contact your representatives, go to www.michigan.gov where you will find contact information for your elected officials.  Whether you are writing or speaking to a legislator, be sure to:

1. Tell your legislator that you support Naturopathic licensure in your state.  Be sure to refer to the bill number that you are referencing (see MANP licensure page)
2. Share your personal story.  Personal stories are the single most powerful tool in legislative efforts.
3. Leave information with the legislator about the Michigan Association of Naturopathic Physicians.  Brochures are available at your Naturopathic doctor's office or by request at 1-888-995-4565.
4. Be sure to thank them for their time, either in person or in a thank-you note summarizing your key points in support of Naturopathic licensure.
